Run + Cuppa: 4th Nov
Our next Run + Cuppa social is this Wednesday 4th, 6pm.
Join us for a lovely little buzz of endorphins, a warm feeling (after a hot chocolate!) and friendly chat to top-up your good feels midweek.
If you’ve been putting off joining, this week is a perfect chance as it’s looking like the perfect Autumn evening. Just don't forget your headtorches!

Where: Meet at the Harbour Short Stay car park in Burry Port (near the Yacht Club). We run around the park, towards the RNLI and on towards the coastal path.
What to bring: Wear run kit, bring a warm layer for after.

The next few social dates are live! Although it's not safe to dip in the dark, we still want to keep running our meets through Winter. We hope a "run + cuppa" format gives a good enough reason to get outside for a run and a chat
Keep the winter blues at bay...
No change to the meet point - the car park at Burry Port (near the Yacht Club) is beautifully lit for us to have a hot drink.
We'll change direction of the run, staying on footpaths towards RNLI, then onto the coastal path towards Llanelli.
Don't forget your headtorches!

Join us for our last Run, Dip and Social of the year: Thursday 8th October, 6pm.
It's your last chance for a sea dip with the group on a weekday evening... but fear not! Going forward we'll be switching to our 'dark evenings' format to keep the winter blues away - more details to follow!
