This time we'll meet at the Harbour car park in Burry Port, and run towards Pembrey. We can then dip on the lighthouse side -away from the dredged up beach!

What: A friendly run (at your own pace, promise) finishing at the sea for a dip. Hot / cold drink afterwards for anyone who wants a short social.
Who: Anyone and everyone — solo, with a friend, new to running, new to the area, or just trying to find your people. Friendly Faces only!
What to bring: Run kit to start, swimwear, a towel/robe, and a warm layer for after.
