What: A friendly run (at your own pace, promise) followed by an (optional!) sea dip. Hot / cold drinks afterwards for anyone who wants to stay for a short social.

Who: Anyone and everyone — solo, with a friend, new to running, new to the area, or just trying to find your people.

Friendly Faces only!

Where: Meet at the Harbour car park in Burry Port, we run along the coastal path towards Pembrey and dip on the lighthouse side to avoid the dredging work.

What to bring: Run kit to start, swimwear, a towel/robe, and a warm layer for after.
