Join us for our last Run, Dip and Social of the year: Thursday 8th October, 6pm.

It's your last chance for a sea dip with the group on a weekday evening... but fear not! Going forward we'll be switching to our 'dark evenings' format to keep the winter blues away - more details to follow!

Free event!

What: A friendly run (at your own pace, promise) followed by an (optional!) sea dip. Hot / cold drinks afterwards for anyone who wants to stay for a short social.

Who: Anyone and everyone — solo, with a friend, new to running, new to the area, or just trying to find your people. Friendly Faces only!

Where: Meet at the Harbour car park in Burry Port, we run along the coastal path towards Pembrey and dip on the lighthouse side to avoid the dredging work.

What to bring: Run kit to start, swimwear, a towel/robe, and a warm layer for after.
