Our next Run + Cuppa social is this Wednesday 4th, 6pm.

Join us for a lovely little buzz of endorphins, a warm feeling (after a hot chocolate!) and friendly chat to top-up your good feels midweek.

If you’ve been putting off joining, this week is a perfect chance as it’s looking like the perfect Autumn evening. Just don't forget your headtorches!

What: A friendly run (at your own pace, promise) followed by a hot drink afterwards for anyone who wants to stay for a short social.

Who: Anyone and everyone — solo, with a friend, new to running, new to the area, or just trying to find your people. Friendly Faces only!

Where: Meet at the Harbour Short Stay car park in Burry Port (near the Yacht Club). We run around the park, towards the RNLI and on towards the coastal path.

What to bring: Wear run kit, bring a warm layer for after.
