Group runs followed by a cold water sea swim (optional but encouraged!). Open to anyone who wants to get outside and make some new friends along the way.
Who? All genders, ages and abilities - join for as much or as little as you like. Runners and walkers welcome, no experience or fitness level required.
When? Approx. twice a month. Scheduled in time with high tide - check the group for upcoming events.
Where? Locations vary around Burry Port, Carmarthenshire.
